Junior Operational Excellence Engineer

About The Team

This role of Junior Operational Excellence engineer is to drive operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices and skill to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role drives change through people and processes to advance the business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contributing and supporting change initiatives to implement new processes, technologies, or systems, and ensuring successful adoption and integration across the organisation.
• Identifying and mitigating operational risks by implementing preventive measures and controls to ensure smooth operations and minimise disruptions.
• Embedding best practice into standard work and sharing across the network.
• Providing training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required
  
  

Who You Are

• Evidence of supporting cross functional change projects
• Good leadership and project management skills
• Manufacturing best practice in line with H&S is preferred but not essential
• Lean Six Sigma Training is preferred
