Junior Finance Business Partner

Location: Homebased but with regular to travel across the UK when required.

Contract: Full time working 37.5 Hours between Monday - Friday.

Salary: Up to £42,000 (depending on experience and level of qualification) per annum plus includes an option for either a company car or car allowance (£4,400).

Role Overview:

As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you’ll bridge finance and operations, offering expert guidance, cost control, and performance analysis to drive success within our Fleet Repair division. Your role will be dynamic, involving:

• Financial Insight & Analysis: Provide high-quality data and proactive analysis to support decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support financial planning and forecasting for Fleet Repair across multiple locations.
• Reporting & Performance Management: Deliver meaningful reports with insightful commentary, helping management act on key opportunities and risks.
• Operational Support: Advise territory teams on revenue growth, cost control, and efficiency improvements.
• Project Collaboration: Work with the FMGRS change team to support financial aspects of new and existing projects.
• Strategic Influence: Present financial updates to senior teams and challenge operational decisions to optimise performance.

Please Note: This role is field-based, covering multiple territories across the UK - so some travel will be required.

About You:

Essential:

• Final year CIMA student or recently qualified.
• Experience in management accounting or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide valuable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
