We are currently looking for a Junior Conduct Risk Officer to join our team based out of our Nottingham office.

You’ll support the underwriting team by acting as an independent challenger, advisor and partner on conduct risk and regulatory compliance. You’ll gain experience reviewing policy wordings and customer communications, ensuring they are legally compliant, clear, and customer-focused.

This is a first line of defence role, working closely with the Head of Conduct Risk and the wider team. It’s designed as a development role for someone eager to build a career in regulatory compliance, offering broad exposure and hands-on training.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate in a discipline that builds strong literacy and analytical skills (e.g. English Literature, History, Law).
  • A proactive, curious mindset and an interest in insurance and regulation.
