This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the North Easts largest multidisciplinary consultancy who work across a range of sectors that include commercial, healthcare, education and residential. They are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Junior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Durham.

To be successful in applying for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist, it is essential that you have a relevant degree within Architectural Technology, as well as possessing a strong passion for the built environment. The successful individual will have familiarity with Revit, and their application will be bolstered if they have relevant experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Relevant experience as an Architectural Technologist would be advantageous
• Experience with Revit
• Keen passion for the built environment
• Good technical detailing and design skills
• Aspiring to become CIAT registered
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
