Weaver Vale Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career with a great company. We are looking for a driven, diligent, and friendly Trade Plus Operative – Joiner to join our Property Services team.
What Will You Do?
To carry out Responsive, Cyclical, Void and Planned Repairs and Maintenance Works including adaptations to various types of properties for Weaver Vale Housing Trust and its commercial subsidiary Weaver Horizons.
Minimum Requirements For This Role*

Minimum Requirements For This Role*
- Completed a recognised trade apprenticeship to City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification standard
- Willingness to undertake further qualifications in areas such as health and safety and general management
- Full UK driving licence
