• Monitor and analyse the performance of the job board, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the accounting industry
• Strong knowledge of job board platforms and best practices for attracting candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
