In support of our continued UK growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated IT Technician to join our team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate closely with our internal teams, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and actively contribute to continuous process improvement.
Your role as IT Technician
As IT Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the day-today- operations of the business. Working closely with the IT Manager and the wider IT team, you’ll help ensure systems run efficiently and effectively. This is a busy and varied position that requires strong collaboration across departments, providing support wherever it’s needed.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, detail-orientated, and focused. This role is well-suited to a recent graduate or someone with prior experience in a similar position who is ready to take on a new challenge.

- Troubleshooting and providing first-level support for hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary
- Supporting A/V rooms and assisting with events
- Preparing and configuring equipment for new hires
- Creating and maintaining clear documentation and end-user guides
- Managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT assets
- Ensuring the security of company devices and systems
- Delivering training and support to employees as needed

- Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Some experience with MacOS, Windows, or Linux systems
- An IT BTEC National Diploma Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent experience)
The IT Technician reports to the Group IT Architect.
Job Specifics
- Location: This role is based at our Basingstoke office, with flexibility for occasional homeworking by agreement (free hot & cold drinks, breakfast items, snacks, lunches, and regular takeaway Fridays are provided to all staff in the office!)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
