About You
You will;
- Have 2 years+ experiences in an IT/Software support role within a customer focused environment.
- Be confident in delivering training and creating documentation.
- Have Experience troubleshooting hardware, Software and Network Issues.
- Be comfortable engaging with users in person or over the phone.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively.
- Manage priorities effectively.
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving.
