Your tasks

Based at Pinewood Studios, you will form part of a team providing world-class IT support for a wide variety of users - Anything from simply password resets, to complex diagnostics and fault-resolution, as well as project work. You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the users face – a job well done!
