We are looking for:
  • IT Site Expansion and Integration Lead

We count on you for:
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation
    • Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects for new site expansions, encompassing network setup, data center installations, workspace, security systems, and communication platforms
    • Ensure alignment with overall site development plans through close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including facilities management, operations, and IT teams
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure needs are seamlessly integrated into site development
    • Engage in regular communication to align project objectives and expectations
  • Vendor and Contractor Management
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to procure IT equipment and services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
    • Coordinate with external partners to align their deliverables with project goals
  • Comprehensive Project Documentation
    • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Risk Management and Mitigation
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments for IT projects, identifying potential issues and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success
  • Compliance and Best Practices
    • Oversee the installation and configuration of IT systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices
  • Training and Support
    • Coordinate training for local IT staff and end-users on new systems and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of new tools
  • Leadership and Team Coordination
    • Lead local IT delivery teams, providing direction and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Monitor and report on the performance of IT infrastructure at new sites, addressing any issues promptly to minimize operational impact
  • Timely Execution and Monitoring
    • Maintain tight deadlines, ensuring that project milestones are achieved and that the project remains on schedule
    • Stay informed about emerging IT technologies and trends that could enhance site expansion projects and benefit the organization
You will bring:
Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, data center management, and IT security principles
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in using project management tools and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels across different cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams and local IT delivery teams
  • Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and management duties
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset
