What You’ll Do
We are hiring for a IT Technology Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a large and complex program, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems, and departments. This role will be responsible for the management of business demand, delivery, and governance of the UK CAPEX funded initiatives to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do
We are hiring for a IT Technology Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a large and complex program, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems, and departments. This role will be responsible for the management of business demand, delivery, and governance of the UK CAPEX funded initiatives to drive business growth.
- Oversee high complexity deliveries with a cross functional impact across several technical systems, domain areas, system integrators and third parties
- Continuously monitoring the portfolio performance and conducting periodic performance reviews
- You will manage a high performing, collaborative delivery team who you will directly manage or manager through a matrixed organisation.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and work effectively with a wide range of customer-obsessed internal stakeholders; understanding and supporting their business goals whilst maintaining the Vodafone strategic and commercial position
- Continuously check that the program deliverables innovatively deliver business and technical change that drive forward Vodafone’s strategic transformation
- Constantly re-evaluate costs versus benefits through program life cycle, challenging broader team (including Sponsor) to think “outside of the box” to innovatively deliver benefits, challenging and improving process as required
- Prior experience as a Portfolio Manager or a Programme who has delivered significantly complex and large workstreams managing multi-disciplinary migration capabilities
- Prior experience managing significant Programme budgets
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Agile Methodology knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Cybersecurity, and Regulatory Compliance is highly desirable
