You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, while also providing hands-on technical support when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data storage systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company’s data and IT systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee IT support services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the timely resolution of IT problems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay current with technological trends and advancements, recommending improvements to the IT infrastructure as needed.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and system maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
