We're looking for an experienced IT Business Partner – Testing and Compliance, accountable for providing IT Test Management and ensuring compliance IT delivery and environments to Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and GAMP standards across Healthcare and Specialist Logistics (HSL) operations.

what You'll Do


  • Responsibility for coordinating all Test, Release and IT GAMP compliance activity across the UK HSL Pharma sites and will be the primary contact for all Pharma IT Test requirements.
  • Test Management – leadership and coordination reporting of all IT test activities across the HSL Pharma Business unit.
  • Validation Compliance – ensuring testing and documentation is coordinated in line with validation requirements and changes are implemented in a way that does not impact the validation status of those applications
  • Annex 11 compliance – ensuring our environments meet Annex 11 requirements and evidence is available to support it.
  • Environment Management – set standards for release management, recording which versions of code are present in which instance and maintaining a record of customer environment connectivity.
  • Working in collaboration with the Quality Team regarding IT quality deliverables.
  • Close collaboration with Test Management colleagues in DHL Warehouse Solutions & Project Delivery regarding DHL Test Standards and lessons learnt.
  • Identification and proposals for areas of continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and championing best practice approaches, training of HSL colleagues in Validation requirements and sharing knowledge with colleagues in the wider business.


what You'll Bring


  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry and have demonstrable IT experience including people management experience.
  • Test Management experience including planning resource requirements and testing documentation.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder and Customer Management.
  • You will need to have a high level of planning and organisation skills.
  • Change and Project Lifecycle experience.
