We are looking to grow our team again and are seeking someone to spearhead the exciting development of the IPS Employment Service into the Primary Care Network in the Lancaster & Morecambe area. This role would suit anyone with a background in employment services or person centered support or it would suit someone who has worked with vulnerable individuals or in healthcare. We are opening up a brand new referral route into the IPS Employment Service and the right person would be able to hit the ground running and happy to network with GP surgeries, charities, local job centres and other third sector groups, to build new connections with organisations that can refer into our service. You would hold a caseload of individuals who all want to work and are being severly impacted by their mental health. The IPS Employment Service offers tailored support to help people secure meaningful paid work that changes lives and aids recovery.
