• Support the onboarding process for new investors and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with potential and existing investors, ensuring excellent service.
• Organise and assist with investor events, both online and in-person.
• Provide administrative support for loan funding, including trust schedules.
• Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee investor portal tasks such as product testing, troubleshooting, and liaising with IT.
• Conduct online searches including credit and company checks, in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Underwriters, Servicing, and Directors to support business needs.

• Strong PC/keyboard skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communications
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative.

• Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
• Interest in property and/or finance
• Diligent, calm, and self-assured under pressure
• Exceptionally well-organised and able to meet deadlines
• Proactive and eager to learn.
