We are looking for an Inventory Controller to support our growing operation at Virgin Media O2 in Wellingborough—spanning both warehouse and office environments. You'll be central to our inventory process, resolving discrepancies, ensuring stock accuracy and working closely with teams and customers.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a consistent early shift (06:00–14:00), working any 5 days out of 7 — offering stability, work-life balance and your afternoons free.

- Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Monitoring daily stock movements and performing scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and driving improvements
- Ensuring stock integrity across multiple systems and stock owners
- Liaising with warehouse, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control processes
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to challenges
- Confident communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
