Internet Carrier Logistics Analyst Role Overview: The Carrier Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analysing and proactively improving the despatch to delivery process from any warehouse to any destination. As Carrier Analyst they will be responsible for ensuring carrier forecast to trailer planning is accurate and adjusting to meet business demands per warehouse. The Carrier Analyst will provide planning, progress on improvements and delivery performance updates alongside data analysis and insight to the Carrier Manager to help to manage the existing as well as design & implement future supply chain strategies. Key Duties/

Responsibilities:

Communication with external carrier partners and internal stake holders Accountable for UK and International digital outbound service levels from point of despatch to delivery Collaborate with internal operations teams ensure carrier solutions meet current business requirements Audit and validate carrier invoices ensuring adherance to contractual requirments Manage line haul activity from JD Group warehouses into carrier networks Ensure compliance of EU and ROW data and customs requirements Support the digital operations team to implement and launch new delivery options Track and manage carrier and JD Group assets such as trailers, cages & pallets Plan carrier/DC collection and delivery to JD Group warehouses Oversee carrier collection schedules from JD Group warehouses ensuring adherance to agreed schedules We know our colleagues work tirelessly to make JD Sports the success it is today and in turn, we offer them some amazing benefits including staff Discount On JD Group and other brands within the organisation and personal development opportunities to learn and develop at work.
