Activities

  • Serve as the first International Account Executive, driving Building Radar’s global expansion in the UK and North America.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities and guide customers from initial contact to long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage Inside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute international sales strategies effectively.
  • Expand the customer base through a proactive sales approach and strategic cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Foster long-term relationships and drive revenue growth in new regions.
  • Utilize expertise in B2B SaaS sales and market development to position Building Radar as a leader in international construction sales.

Requirements

  • You are a sales professional with at least two years of experience in SaaS sales and a track record of overachieving targets. Ideally you have some experience in the start-up scene, the construction industry or in consulting.
  • You are experienced in handling complex B2B buying centers and have a value based selling mentality.
  • You are highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial and enjoy taking on challenges.
  • You have a high level of business acumen and the necessary social skills to navigate complex buying centers and senior decision makers.

Team

You will work closely with our sales team, which consists of Account Executives, SDRs, as well as the CEEO and the founders.
