Job Title: Internal - Recruitment Admin

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Admin to join a growing manufacturing business, who are based in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth integration of new hires and the development of talent within the organisation.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration process including job posting, co-ordinating interviews and supporting hiring manager
• Liaise with external recruitment partners to build visibility and awareness
• Ensure applicants have a great recruitment and onboarding experience
• Coordinate recruitment events and maintain accurate records on our Applicant tracking system Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in recruitment practices
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and company policies
• Supporting the wider HR team with general administration when required and other recruitment initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking for

• Strong administrative experience in a busy office, ideally in HR support or recruitment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
