Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, our Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs, offering hire solutions that are commercially effective, reliable, safe and compliant.

What will you be doing?
You'll be at the heart of rental operations, handling all rental requests with care through the Plant & Fleet Rental mailbox and ensuring smooth transactions using InspHire, Jaama Key2, and Oracle.
When operational challenges arise, you'll step in to resolve issues between the rental desk, workshops, and satellite depots, keeping everything running efficiently.
You'll act as a key link between Workshops, CSC, and Customers, ensuring calibrated items are exchanged seamlessly and stock levels are always maintained correctly.
Managing asset disposal, you'll compile and submit applications alongside CSC, regularly reviewing stock levels and age profiles to make sure disposal invoices are processed smoothly.
Keeping everything in check, you'll oversee weekly asset audits to maintain accurate records in InspHire and Key2, ensuring systems reflect the real-time status.

What You’ll Bring
- Administrative or Customer Service experience
- Relevant experience within either the Plant or Fleet Industry in a similar role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Be a team player to achieve individual and business objectives.
- Experience of Insphire and/or Jaama Key2 desirable
