With over 10,000 employees in a multidisciplined workforce, our client is looking for additional support on a temporary basis into their existing Employee Relations Specialist team. This is a hybrid working role where you can expect to be on site 2 days per week.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Employee Relations Specialist, you will work with your peers in the Employee Relations team, HR CoE's and HRBP's to collaborate and resolve complex ER issues. Managing your own caseload, you will work with senior leaders across the organisation when investigating, updating and resolving issues.
What You'll Need To Succeed
It is essential that you have managed and resolved complex ER issues independently to be considered for this role.
Using your extensive knowledge of both best practice and UK employment law, you will hit the ground running when it comes to getting your head around the company HR policies and processes. It is highly desired by our client that you will have experience of working in a large/matrix structured environment and will be used to partnering with CoE's and HRBP's to help deliver your role. You must be based and remain in the UK throughout the duration of this interim role.
