What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in safeguarding client funds and supporting our brokers and partners. Responsibilities include:
- Reconciling and processing transactions across client & insurer payments, payaways, and bordereaux
- Managing your own workload to meet agreed service levels and quality standards
- Building strong relationships across IBA departments and broker teams to resolve queries quickly
- Supporting audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with FCA client and insurer money rules, identifying and recording any breaches
We want someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Initiative and adaptability, with the confidence to embrace change
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to influence and build relationships across the business
- Financial experience in an insurance broking environment is desirable
- GCSE Maths and English (grade 5 or above) or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Client Money (CASS 5) is an advantage, but not essential
