About The Post

Brass Tutor Vacancy (4 days per week)

Barnsley Music Service are seeking to recruit a Brass Tutor to commence employment from 6th January 2026

The Role Involves

  • Teaching brass instruments to whole classes of Key Stage 2 age

children in primary schools

  • Teaching brass to small groups (3-4 children) and individuals in

primary and secondary schools

  • Conducting after-school bands
  • Working 4 days per week (Tuesday - Friday)
