What You Will Be Doing

  • Become a learning architect, wielding AI to decode student performance patterns and forge revolutionary approaches to language instruction

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities

Your mission is clear: architect and implement AI-powered solutions that double the speed of student mastery across all aspects of English and Language Arts. From reading comprehension to writing proficiency, from grammatical accuracy to literary analysis—your innovations will accelerate learning outcomes within our revolutionary 2 Hour Learning framework.

Basic Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
  • Bring 3+ years of battlefield experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with concrete evidence of driving student success
  • Possess working knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Show hands-on experience with AI applications in education, whether in content creation, data analytics, or adaptive learning systems
  • Demonstrate prowess in data analysis and the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies
  • Excel in communication, with the gift of making complex language concepts accessible to diverse audiences

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
