VELUX

Date: 1 week ago
City: Glenrothes
Contract type: Full time
Would you like to have a role that is critical in ensuring that every VELUX roof window, blind, and shutter installed across Great Britain and Ireland meets the highest quality standards.

Then you've come to the right place - VELUX GB&I is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Installer Partner Manager!

We offer

A unique opportunity where you will take ownership of our Installer Partner Programme.

You will be managing and expanding the Installer Partner Programme, and play a key role in supporting our commitment to exceptional installation, maintenance and replacement services, ensuring our customers' homes and workplaces receive expert care.

This can be either office or remote based role with the willingness to travel across GB&I to work with internal colleagues and external partners as and when required and so full driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

The Installer Partner Programme is vital to VELUX's growth and service excellence. In this role, you will spearhead its development, working cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Marketing, Training, Advisory Services, and Operations.

You will lead the programme's launch and continuous improvement across both the GB and Ireland markets, enhancing communication with our installer network and ensuring their ongoing development and engagement.

Key tasks will include:

Programme Development & Continuous Improvement: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of the VELUX Installer Partner Programme to ensure value delivery and high partner engagement.

Global Alignment & Reporting: Collaborate with the Global Partner Programme team to set and track key targets and milestones, ensuring the GB&I programme is aligned with global standards and ambitions.

Marketing Collaboration: Co-ordinate installer-focused campaigns with Marketing Specialists, driving awareness and participation across the installer network.

Training Promotion: Promote and maximize attendance at training sessions for Installers, ensuring they remain up-to-date and informed on VELUX products and best practices.

Recruitment & Onboarding of Installers: Oversee the recruitment, registration, and onboarding process for our Certified Installer Scheme, in partnership with external agencies.

Sales Lead Tools Ownership: Manage the tools and processes for generating sales leads, ensuring smooth transitions from lead to completed installation.

Event Planning & Management: Lead the planning and execution of Installer Partner events, including training sessions and regional meetings, to strengthen relationships and drive engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, After Sales, Advisory, and Training teams, ensuring the Installer Partner Programme is fully integrated and supported across functions.

Data Insights & Reporting: Work with the Sales Operations team to develop reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) that provide actionable insights into installer performance, engagement, and opportunities for improvement.

Sales Support: Equip Area Sales Managers with the necessary tools and data to optimise their visits and relationships with installer partners.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that all initiatives and interactions prioritise the needs and satisfaction of both installer partners and end customers.

You have proven experience in programme management, ideally within a sales or technical service environment.

Furthermore you have:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Analytical skills, particularly in working with data tools like Power BI, to provide insights and drive performance improvements.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams in a matrixed organization

As a person you are a resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and can move complex projects forward using independent judgement.

What is in it for you?

You will get to work alongside experienced, fun, and passionate colleagues – in an international setting where knowledge is shared, and responsibility is given to those who can and will. Our team is characterized by an informal tone and respect for each other, both as team players and as individuals. We like to take care of each other.

You will be provided with many opportunities to develop yourself – be it through mentorship, courses, and others. We promise, you will face exciting new challenges every day that will help you grow.
