What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implements adaptive agile and design thinking operating models and frameworks, enabling rapid innovation sprints and fast product development following MVP creation from the Vodafone Innovation Hub and UK Innovation team
  • Management of cross functional team across Group and local markets including leading back-end designers for all products developed within the Co-Creation sprint
  • Strong leadership, communication, and programme management skills, able to lead a cross functional teams in the delivering multiple projects, while meeting cost and timing targets
  • Developing a strategic lens to apply business needs into technology and product strategy roadmaps
  • Evaluate customer requirements using Co-Creation process and develop new products/ solutions or features into existing product portfolio via VB strategy roadmap
  • Engage and collaborate with multi-market/global innovation teams to share ideas and consolidate group product strategy to create a value proposition
  • Customer centric and help develop customer relationships for PoCs or new business development to generate future growth
  • Review UX designs from the Co-Creation sprints and translate them into the technical and digital architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills and experience
  • Empathetic with customers and colleagues, creates safe environments for co-creation, can interface and build relationships throughout both internal and external stakeholders
  • Operates with agile values and principles in mind

  • Contribute significantly for expanding successful digital capability and should be capable of driving the most complex and multi-disciplinary product development projects for our customers
