We are looking for an Information Security Awareness & Training Analyst to join our Information Security team in our London office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust information security awareness program. This role also involves promoting a culture of security awareness across the organisation through the creation of engaging training materials

You’ll make an impact by:


  • Developing and delivering comprehensive information security awareness programs for employees at all levels
  • Working closely with the in-house training team to create engaging and interactive awareness materials, including presentations and e-learning modules
  • Conducting regular information security awareness sessions and workshops to educate employees on security best practices
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure information security awareness content is relevant and up to date
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of information security awareness programs and make improvements as needed


What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable relevant experience and awareness of information security obtained from a previous information security role, including supporting and administering an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • Experience in managing information security awareness and communications campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact and persuasive skills
  • Self-motivated regarding personal development and the development of others within the organisation
  • ISO 27001 accreditation and maintenance of existing certifications (desirable but not essential)
