INFLUENCER MANAGER | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re currently have an exciting opportunity for an Influencer Manager to join The Perfume Shop. We’re looking for someone that will work with the PR team on the delivery of the brands growth strategy and responsible for implementing organic and paid influencer strategies to drive brand awareness, advocacy and ultimately conversion.

Location:

This role is hybrid, you will be required to come to the office 3 days a week. Our head office is based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a comprehensive plan for The Perfume Shop’s Paid Influencer Content, focusing on key trading periods and opportunities for continuous content.
  • Engage with influencers either directly or through agents to secure paid content across various social channels.
  • Negotiate the scope of works for any collaborations ensuring seamless onboarding, contracting and relationship management.
  • Optimise engagement by negotiating rates and deliverables to maximise engagement, manage legal contracting, ensure comprehensive briefings and oversee content delivery.
  • Monitor performance progress across the channels and provide regular reporting to Senior Marketing & PR Manager and Customer Director.
  • Utilise social media platforms to identify potential opportunities for collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the PR & Comms teams to identify influencers within the beauty industry that align with the brand strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, including strategy development, within Beauty, Fashion or Retail.
  • Are enthusiastic team players with a genuine obsession for talent and content creators.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management and relationship building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver exceptional results.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
