About the role:

As a Campaign Executive, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our influencer campaigns to life for our clients, from sourcing creators and negotiating deals with their agents to monitoring performance and delivering brilliant results. You'll support on a range clients and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who loves keeping everything immaculately organised, is comfortable with numbers and data, is a strong relationship builder and has a passion for influencer content and social platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Researching and sourcing relevant influencers based on campaign objectives and audience insights, using our influencer identification software combined with their own knowledge of creators. Undertaking an additional layer of manual brand safety vetting
  • Setting up campaigns in our influencer management platform
  • Drafting and sending influencer briefs, contracts, and timelines
  • Coordinating product send-outs and tracking influencer deliverables
  • Reviewing influencer content to ensure it aligns with briefs, brand guidelines, and platform best practices
  • Giving constructive feedback to creators to refine content ahead of posting
  • Ensuring all influencer posts go live on time and are accurately tracked
  • Monitoring campaign performance in real-time, flagging risks and identifying opportunities to optimise results
  • Supporting with wrap reports, including performance analysis, insights, and learnings
  • Keeping internal trackers and project management tools e.g., Monday.com up to date
  • Working with the finance team to process influencer invoices and ensure timely payments

Key requirements:

  • Passion for social media, influencers and culture
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with liaising with talent and internal teams
  • Comfortable with numbers, familiarity with using spreadsheets and analysing data
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate challenges and solve problems quickly
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media is a plus, but not essential

The Interview Process:

  • If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to join a 30 minute virtual call for us to get to know you better and for us to tell you more about the role and agency, and answer any initial questions.
  • If we think you'd be a great fit, we will then invite you to do a task relevant to the role you've applied for, which we wouldn't expect to take more than one hour.

A final decision will be made following this.

Benefits:

Salary reflective of your experience and in line with internal benchmarks

Hybrid working, working from our Shoreditch HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.

Summer Fridays - a 3pm finish on Fridays in July and August

24 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 after one year and 26 after two years of service
