We’re looking for an experienced Industry Process Consultant to join our Centre of Excellence in the UK West Midlands, delivering 3DEXPERIENCE solutions to leading clients.

Your Role: As a skilled consultant with deep engineering expertise, you’ll assess and optimise clients’ engineering processes, identifying what “good” looks like and implementing best practices. You’ll lead transformation initiatives, collaborate with IT architects to design integrated solutions, and support change management across diverse industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve engineering workflows, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Lead process optimisation across product development, design review, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with IT to align engineering processes with PLM, ERP, and other digital technologies.
  • Drive change management through training, workshops, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance on process investments and benchmarking.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, Chemical or related etc.) with solid experience.
  • Proven success in engineering transformation across industries like automotive and aerospace.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering workflows, product lifecycle, and quality systems.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and leading change initiatives.
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital integration with IT.
  • Some experience in PLM technology
