We’re looking for a dynamic Property Investment Consultant to work closely with our network of high-net-worth investors, guiding them towards the most suitable property opportunities.

• Manage relationships with both UK-based and international clients.


• Ensure swift and decisive action on high-demand properties.


• Create urgency, build trust, and close deals effectively.


• Stay on top of multiple deals simultaneously.


• Negotiate and close property deals on the same day.


• Contribute directly to revenue growth.

• Minimum of five years in high-ticket B2B sales, ideally in property or investment.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable thriving under pressure.


• Ability to manage multiple high-value deals concurrently.


• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Competitive earnings: Top performers earn 7% on £120,000–£150,000 in monthly deals; average performers make 5% on £50,000–£70,000. Potential to achieve £75k+ combining base salary and commission.
