Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-process physical testing of neat resins, resin films, adhesives, and prepregs
- Work within a three-shift pattern, Monday to Friday; flexibility for occasional overtime based on business needs (other shifts may be required with appropriate notice)
- Operate and input data into LIMS, SAP, and various other PC-based systems
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure business requirements are met
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the work area
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership in daily operations
- Previous laboratory experience under Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
- Confident in using LIMS, SAP, and other PC-based systems
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing shift patterns in line with business needs
- Committed to safety, with relevant experience in comparable environments
