As an Implementation Consultant, your main focus is to guide our customers in optimizing their processes and ensuring quality through our best practices. How? By providing billable system configuration services for both new and existing customers. From system configurations and data migrations to customer training services and workshops.

You will successfully fulfil your role by:

• Immersing yourself in the capabilities of our Planon software portfolio to learn about it and turn innovative ideas into solutions;
• Configuring our Planon software to meet customer requirements and SLAs;
• Successfully conducting training sessions and workshops;
• Being Planon's eyes and ears at customer sites to identify improvement opportunities;
• Handle various types of new clients, where your patience, flexibility, and clear communication skills enable you to convey our complex product effectively.
  
  

Planon is growing! Within our EMEA West (Nordics, Netherlands and the UK) organization we are looking for an Implementation Consultant who will be located in our Brighton (UK) office. In this role you will report to the Head of Services and be part of an international operating team. Your focus will be on our customer base within the UK. With approximately 40 colleagues in the UK, you work with a diverse team where there is a good atmosphere, enabling mutual learning and where regular social events are organized—think of drinks in our bar, summer party on our terrace, or a friendly competition on our shuffleboard table! The UK Services team consists of 16 colleagues with various roles such as project managers, (lead) consultants, or TMS consultants. Here, colleagues work hybrid, but your presence in the office is certainly appreciated.

Profile

To fulfill our mission, we need you to possess consulting skills and the capability to build strong relationships with our clients, by understanding their decision processes. With your ability to influence and persuade others, you can easily handle potentially conflicting visions and interests. You’ll fit in the team wheren you are a constructively working together, and when your eager to learn and share knowledge. Last but not least, you are communicatively strong , have a ‘cano do it' mentality attitude and a commercial ability to advise customers properly.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• A university degree in Business IT, Information Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
• 3 years of relevant working experience with software consulting, experience with IWMS/CAFM is beneficial;
• Strong communication skills and giving presentations and workshops gives you energy;
• Fluent in English;
• Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to the Netherlands (to our HQ).
  
  

Please note that this position requires successful completion of a UK Government security clearance process. Candidates must meet the necessary eligibility criteria to obtain and maintain this clearance.
