Impact Consultant

We’re hiring: Impact Consultant (Freelance)

St Augustine’s Centre in Halifax supports refugees and people seeking asylum to rebuild their lives with dignity.

We’re looking for a short-term consultant to help us develop a practical framework to capture outcomes and impact across our services and partnerships.

Key tasks include:

• Identify key outcomes and impact measures
• Design ways to capture and evidence impact
• Explore use of Lamplight database
• Create a practical and realistic framework
• Draft survey questions and an annual impact report

What we're looking for

• Experience in monitoring & evaluation and impact measurement
• Understanding of the charity sector (ideally refugee support)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver clear, systematic, and practical solutions
