Client Coordinator – Financial Services
Salary: £28,000 +

We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join a growing financial services firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in client services, administration, or operations within a regulated environment, who enjoys building relationships and ensuring an excellent client experience.
The Role
You will be the key point of contact for clients, supporting advisers and internal teams to deliver a seamless service. This includes managing client communications, updating records, coordinating workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves supporting onboarding, preparing documentation, and helping ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a client support, client services, or administration role (financial services preferred).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM / back-office systems.
- A proactive, professional approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
