Your role will focus on maintaining high hygiene standards and creating a clean, safe working environment—an essential part of delivering customer satisfaction.
This position is hands-on and varied where no two days are the same so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives on variety.
You’ll be responsible for cleaning factory equipment, yard clean ups, and carrying out deep cleans, making you a vital support to the wider operational teams.
As our next Hygiene Operative, you'll be expected to work independently, respond quickly to changes, and maintain high standards when working with cleaning chemicals.
While you’ll be part of a dedicated team that shares your drive for quality and accountability, there will also be times you’ll work alone so confidence and initiative are essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a food manufacturing environment, with full training provided.
It’s also a strong stepping stone for future growth, offering pathways to progress into other roles and departments within the business.

- Be confident to work around machinery in a noisy environment
