Job Title – HR Consultant

Location – Hinckley LE10 1EQ Hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary – £28 – 38K+

Duration – Permanent/Full Time

We are looking for an HR consultant who embodies our core values and is passionate about driving organisational success through strategic HR solutions – could this be you? Are you looking for a role where you can grow and develop and where your work will be instrumental in guiding businesses towards excellence in their HR operations?

You will be part of the HR consultancy team supporting clients with email and telephone advice on issues such as recruitment, employment relations, absence management and disciplinary procedures acting as the first point of contact for client queries as well as assisting in the delivery of a range of different client projects too.

What we need you to bring to the team:

• Experience of working on investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings ensuring fairness and compliance with employment law.
• HR experience either working with different clients or across different departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information and develop practical HR solutions
• A commercial awareness and understanding of the bigger picture for our clients.
