Position Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. Acting as a strategic consultant and employee advocate, the HRBP drives initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure HR strategies support broader organizational goals, including M&A integration and process optimization.
This is a hybrid position; candidates must be able to commute to our London office 1–2 days per week.

- Develop and implement workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
- Facilitate manager training programs (e.g., PMP, compensation).
- Partner with the Executive Management Team to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Support and drive completion of performance assessments and calibrations.
- Lead HR efforts in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
- Optimize HR processes for greater efficiency and impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across core HR disciplines, including compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to consult with management and influence outcomes.
- Experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
