We have a great opportunity to join our HR team in a temporary role for up to 18 months, supporting in a generalist HR capacity. You'll provide effective HR advice and guidance to colleagues and managers, covering the entire employee life cycle, while ensuring the accurate interpretation of HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.

- Support the HR function’s recruitment and onboarding portal (iTrent) to ensure the provision of effective recruitment and selection procedures.
- Support the HR function to process iTrent changes on matters relating to employees financial remuneration, including appointments and terminations and changes in rates of pay, hours worked, holidays etc.
- Ensure compliance with all of our policies and procedures at all times.
- Promote equal opportunities in service delivery and management of staff.
- Develop appropriate and modern human resource policies and procedures to facilitate effective, timely and up to date management of people issues.
- Provide the process check of statements of particulars, letters and related documents for all of our employees through HR operating system processes.
- Support the HR function payroll processing reports from time and attendance system (Planday) and review comparisons and exceptions from payroll reporting system following entry.
Qualifications
CIPD Level 5 in HR practice and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
