Join our team as a HSE Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures, conducting audits and investigations, and providing training and guidance to staff. If you have a strong understanding of HSE principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, this could be the perfect role for you!
This is a full time role based in our Blackburn office, Aberdeen. The role will be responsible for ensuring that industry leading standards for quality, health, safety, work environment and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved for all our UK product lines. You wil be required to go offshore when needed so minimum training certification is required. Focal point for attendance at industry forums and client meetings/events will be required also.
Education

Education
- Safety & Health - Nebosh Diploma or equivalent.
- Environment-Associate membership of IEMA
- Minimum Offshore Certification
- Preferred - Degree qualified.
- 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Minimum 10 years QHSE Experience
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience
- Team Player
- Good communication skills
- Time Management / Planning
