SeAH Wind

Date: 3 weeks ago
City: Middlesbrough
Contract type: Full time
Are you ready to be part of the most significant opportunity unfolding right at your doorstep? Bid farewell to extensive travel and contract work as we invite you to join the groundbreaking developments in the field. Whether you seek a stable future or have a passion for Green Energy, this is your chance.

Why us? We will be the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world servicing the offshore wind industry.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven HSE Advisor to join our team and help us build a culture where health, safety and environmental responsibility are part of how we work every day. This is a practical, on-the-ground role that gives you the opportunity to influence how safety is approached across our operations from risk assessment and accident investigation to training, compliance and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing risk assessment plans, supervising hazardous operations, and supporting industrial accident investigations. You’ll also oversee the management of safety statistics, maintain key documentation such as safety manuals, and ensure that firefighting equipment is correctly licensed and maintained. You’ll work closely with operational teams to monitor performance, carry out audits, and help ensure safe working practices are followed throughout production.

You’ll play an important role in shaping and supporting our HSE systems and procedures, making sure they align with statutory regulations and internal guidelines. From supporting emergency response planning to leading training sessions for employees and contractors, your work will be central to building a strong culture of safety and compliance. You’ll help drive communication between teams and leadership, identify improvement opportunities through data and KPIs, and actively contribute to ongoing development of our HSE frameworks.

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of HSE practices and a background in environments that involve heavy or hazardous equipment. A recognised HSE qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH is highly desirable, and experience delivering safety training or working with regulatory agencies is a definite plus. Familiarity with EHS management systems, the ability to prepare and review RAMS, and a methodical approach to records and reporting will set you up for success in this role. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a practical, hands-on attitude are essential.

If you’re passionate about safety, confident working across teams, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary of up-to £42k (Depending on experience and qualifications), 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.

At SeAH Wind we are committed to developing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Our aim is to build a workplace that attracts the most talented people and creates an environment that fosters courtesy and mutual respect.

All applications will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expressions, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age. We know that getting this right is crucial for us to live our values: Honest, Passionate and Professional.

Simply put, SeAH Wind value you whoever you are.
