Primary Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist with training and development skills to join our busy HR department. The HR and Training Assistant will support our HR & Training Manager in providing a comprehensive human resources service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Plan and execute training and development programmes.
- Manage employee absence records and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practises.
- Experience in absence management, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
