We have a great opportunity for a HR Service Centre Coordinator to join the team based at our head office in Hoddesdon. You will be responsible for delivering a customer focused effective and efficient HR transactional and administrative service.

The role

Essential

• GCSE English Language Grade C or above or equivalent level qualification, or demonstrable previous experience in preparing written correspondence and communicating with internal and external customers in writing
• Experience of providing excellent customer service to include dealing directly with customers over the phone and also face to face
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in using computerised databases
• Experience in dealing with confidential matter
• Strong organisational skills
• Good team work
  
  

Desirable

• Experience in HR Processes
• Giving generalist advice on recruitment , employee relations or post-employment matters
• Certificate on Personnel Practice, or equivalent qualification.
