We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist (HRIS) to help streamline our HR processes, manage HR systems, and drive data-informed decision-making.

SCOPE OF ROLE

As an HR Operations Specialist (HRIS), you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimising HR information systems (HRIS) to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR operations, data integrity, and system performance.

HOW YOU`LL SUCCEED

Managing HR operational processes to ensure smooth service delivery
Designing and configuring HRIS solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience
Conducting needs assessments to align system enhancements with HR objectives
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for HR operations and system use
Analysing HR data and workflows to identify process improvements
Providing training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities
Serving as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting
Monitoring system performance and conducting audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
Supporting change management initiatives and system upgrades
Researching and recommending new technologies to improve HR processes

WHAT IT TAKES Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR operations with a strong focus on HRIS management
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working across different teams
Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Team Tailor, HiBob)
Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data analytics tools or reporting software
