- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, creating a seamless experience for new hires
- Handle all people-related administration, including contracts and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies that support the company's growth and values
- Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement
- Oversee performance management and employee relations to ensure team success
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a start-up or tech environment
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to HR administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a hands-on, proactive mindset
