As an HR Generalist, you’ll be at the heart of it all — supporting a wide range of HR disciplines, from essential administration to complex employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives. You’ll partner with managers and employees across our global operations, providing trusted guidance that helps teams thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with managers across the business to deliver practical, people-focused HR support.
  • Manage and advise on employee relations matters (disciplinary, capability, grievance).
  • Support organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee accurate HR record keeping and compliance processes.
  • Coach and support HR administrators, fostering knowledge and confidence.
  • Contribute to training design and implementation across our teams.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practice and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, approachable, and empathetic.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards).
