As an HR Generalist, you’ll be at the heart of it all — supporting a wide range of HR disciplines, from essential administration to complex employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Partner with managers across the business to deliver practical, people-focused HR support.
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters (disciplinary, capability, grievance).
- Support organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee accurate HR record keeping and compliance processes.
- Coach and support HR administrators, fostering knowledge and confidence.
- Contribute to training design and implementation across our teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
- Solid understanding of HR best practice and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, approachable, and empathetic.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent organisational skills.
- Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards).
