We are currently looking for an HR Generalist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the HR Manager, your focus will be on supporting day-to-day HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring smooth people processes across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for detail and compliance with your capacity for empathetic communication and practical problem-solving. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What You Will Do
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries and provide expert support to staff and managers.
- Oversee core elements of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, absence management, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR data across our systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, performance processes, and employment law compliance across the business.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and advising stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
