HR Co-ordinator [Temporary Cover]

This role is based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and is fixed term for 1 year to cover an internal secondment.
Would you like an opportunity to provide Human Resources support as part of a busy, effective and efficient Human Resources (HR) team? Are you interested in gaining experience in a range of HR skills, including recruitment and selection? Are you customer focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the joint Haematology and the Stem Cell Institute professional services team. You will be a well organised and enthusiastic person and will take on this important role providing comprehensive HR support and a pro-active and responsive service to academic, research and professional services staff.
You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working to deadlines. Being able to work within a small team is essential.
You will have experience of working administratively in an HR area and the ability to demonstrate both factual and theoretical knowledge of HR, including working with multiple processes and to tight regulations. You will be educated to HND/ HNC level, level 4/ 5 vocational qualification or an equivalent level of practical experience.
You will be self-motivated and used to dealing with highly confidential information and will be a competent user of Microsoft Office and online HR systems.
