Location - Warrington and/or Manchester (5 days on site)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our THG Nutrition Manufacturing team. This role is a critical part of our People function, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive a high-performance culture, support employee development, and ensure our people thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance.
• Championing a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement, retention, and well-being remain key priorities.
• Providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of matters, including employee relations, organisational change, and workforce planning.
• Leading and supporting initiatives around talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability.
• Ensuring compliance with employment law, HR policies, and best practices within a manufacturing setting.
• Driving continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.#

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven HR professional with strong business partnering experience, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or operations environment.
• A commercially focused mindset with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
• Strong employee relations expertise, with experience handling complex cases in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for people development, engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and innovate.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
