As we expand globally, we need an experienced HR Business Partner to drive change, support leadership, and implement strategic people initiatives. As an HR Business Partner – International, you will collaborate with leaders across multiple locations, delivering a commercially focused HR strategy that supports business growth and fosters an inclusive and high-performing culture. Reporting to the People Lead – International & Group HR Projects, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our international people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with international leaders to develop and implement the International People Plan, aligning with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on global mobility, workforce planning, and international HR operations.
  • Support employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with local laws and policies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
  • Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and identify trends.
  • Lead and support HR change and transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Manage key HR projects such as organisational change, diversity & inclusion, and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws, immigration requirements, and HR policies.

Location: Hybrid 2 days per week office presence - London is preferred as a primary base location, Nuneaton can also be considered. Flex to travel to both locations as required.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within an international setting, in complex global and omnichannel businesses
  • Experience managing global mobility, including international relocations, visa applications etc
  • Project management experience, with the ability to drive HR change initiatives.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and employee relations expertise.
  • Ability to use HR data and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support leaders.
  • Passion for fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable
